The Center for e-Governance Program @ SEE has a rich agenda of Regional Events, either organised or attended by INA Academy. All events and meetings are attended by representatives of Regional Governments, International organisations and Institutions active in the promotion of ICT in the region of SE Europe and Private or Public sector experts. These events are mainly focused on the development of the Information Society and particularly on promotion of eGovenrment Initiatives and coordination of regional activities. The Center for e-Governance Program @ SEE is contributing significantly in transferring relative information between experts and Insitutions and in providing networking and capacity building opportunities.
The scheduled activities of the INA’s Academy Center for e-Governance Program @ SEE include 3 types of events project meetings, conference and executive training sessions, as descibed below:
In the context of the Center for eGovernance Program @ SEE, INA Academy organised or participated in a series of constructive project meetings, which were combined with regional events to increase effectiveness and output dissemination. The meetings have been conducted between project partners, eGovernment experts and governmental representatives. The events offered an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and to keep partners and participants informed on project’s progress.

Electronic Security (e-Security) has been identified by many experts as a crucial aspect for the development of e-Government. INA Academy, recognising the significance of e-Security, organised, under the framework of the Center for eGovernance Program @ SEE, a Regional Conference on Electronic Security, which was held on 6 & 7 November 2008 in Thessaloniki, Greece.

A major part of the ctivities of the Center for eGovernance Program @ SEE is the organisation of a number of Executive Training Workshops in the SEE countries with particular focus on issues related to the development of electronic Governance. The workshops offer models of good eGovernment practice, provide guidelines on success factors and enable participants to contribute tangibly and effectively to the development of eGovernment strategies in their countries.
