INA Academy’s e-Readiness assessment reports are a tool to identify strategic priorities of the SEE countries in order to integrate into a networked world. The present studies and research has been carried out by using officially approved and advised international methodologies to estimate a networked readiness, to obtain comprehensive reports and derive appropriate conclusions for taking effective decisions related to fostering development processes of informatisation in the SEE region.

INA Academy’s e-Government Case Studies present a scan of the SEE e-Government landscape in terms of achievements, activities and policy/strategy context. The studies provide a comprehensive tool in reviewing the current situation in SEE countries, measuring progress against key commitments and assessing the development of key e-Government services.

INA Academy e-Government Best Practice Guide is part of an effort that aims to demystify concepts behind e-Government and strengthen the understanding of all those involved in planning and execution of e-Government projects. It offers an action framework involving all the stakeholders including parliamentarians, government executives, institutions as well as non- governmental organisations and guides them through various phases in their e-Government initiatives. The guide addresses all possible aspects for initiating, implementing and sustaining e-Government programmes in any developing nation.
