In short about S&T Montenegro eGovernment projects :
1. Methodologies for eGovernment ( Management , Projecting and Measuring ), customer was Government Montenegro, year 2006.
Those 3 Methodlogies were official eGovernment Documents accepted on Government session, 28.12.2006: http://www.mid.gov.me/vijesti.php?akcija=rubrika&rubrika=204. 2. CA & PKI infrastructure project for Ministry of IT, Government Montenegro. This is actual project, contract will be signed in July 2009.

Concerning my engagement in Information society development I can quote the following:
• eEnvoy for Serbia and Montenegro within the eSEE Initiative in the period February 2000-February 2002
• Chair of eSEEurope Initiative under the II Table of the Stability Pact for SEE in the period February 2002- October 2007
• Participating in cretaion eSEE Agenda in 2002 ind eSEE Agneda+ in 2007
• Team coordinator and team member for the creation of Serbian Strategy for Infomation Society Development in 2006
• Autor of part concerning Serbia in UNDP, ICT Sector Status Report in 2004
All mentioned documents contain e-government parts but I did not participate in any particular e-government project.
My short biografy:
Dr Vidas-Bubanja graduated in 1982 at the University of Belgrade, Faculty for Economics in International Economy and obtained a PhD at the same University. She worked as senior research fellow with the Institute of Economic Sciences in Belgrade. Since 2002, she has been working as associate professor of Faculty for Trade and Banking, BK University, Belgrade and of Belgrade Business School. Besides topics in International Economy in her work, dr Vidas-Bubanja deals with development aspects of eEconomy, information society, economic impacts of e-business practices, etc. She is author or coauthor of 5 books and more than 150 articles in country and abroad.

My experience is related to eGov project Single Window for Licenses for Import, Export and Transit of Goods and Tariff Quotas (EXIM – www.exim.gov.mk). I worked as Project manager and Database architect on this project.
